That is fair. We can only wait to see if Bhaskar ji or others are able to clarify the true intent of Sri SSS.

>  unfortunately as I said I am from the camp of 1%, those who are familiar with Sri SSS's works not willing to participate in these discussions, I don’t know this is due to domination of 99% 😊  Frankly, I am getting off-line messages supporting Sri SSS view points and saying "I am directly writing to you so let it be there between you and me" 😊 If asked why don’t you post it to the group??  Immediate reply is : please don’t do it, not have any intentions to argue these points against age old beliefs in tradition!!  And those who claim that they have studied and quoting originals from Sri SSS in this group, giving me the impression that I am really weak in understanding my native language Kannada also forget about the foreign language English, in which I must confess I am really weak.  So my humble request is,  since you are a voracious reader of various granthi-s right from mUla to prakaraNa-s like AS, you yourself please spend some time read the originals of Sri SSS in English and Sanskrit, I think his works are available in official site of APK.  

>  coming back to adhyAsa as I said as per Sri SSS, adhyAsa is misconception (vipareeta grahaNa) NOT jnAnAbhAva (agrahaNa) He more than one place emphasizes that this is predominantly insisted by shankara in all through PTB.  adhyAsa according to him jnAnAdhyAsa only thinking about him kartru-bhOktru with dehAdi saMghAta adhyAsa etc. due to this adhyAsa adhyArOpa and adhyArOpita takes place.  Wrongly seeing rope (adhyAsa) thinking it as snake (adhyArOpa) seeing the snake (adhyArOpita).  At one place he gives the example of just born child which naturally comes with dehAdhyAsa when someone hurts its body it will start crying.  So, this adhyAsa, in the form of taking one thing for another, AtmAnAtma adhyAsa is the main cause and eradication of this is the primary purpose of all loukika and vaidika vyavahAra (adhyAsa bhAshya says this as you know).  To substantiate this type of adhyAsa which is avidyA he often quotes adhyAsa bhAshya vAkya : evamayaM anAdiH anantaH naisargika adhyAsaH mithyA pratyaya rUpaH ( from this mithyA pratyaya he reiterates vidyA-avidyA is just antaHkaraNa dOsha, not belonging to brahman) katrutvabhOktrutva pravartakaH sarvaloka pratyakshaH, ahamidaM mamedamiti naisargikOyaM lOka vyavahAraH. anyOnyadharmAmschAdhyAsa itaretaraavivekena etc.  And the point to be noted here as per Sri SSS, mithyAjnAna nimittaH is NOT ( am emphatic NO indeed)  mithyA ajnAna (which is having a shakti having the powers like AvaraNa, vikshepa, which is also anirvachaneeya, brahmAshrita bhAvarUpa etc.) and this nimitta does not mean material cause (upAdAna kAraNa) for the adhyAsa.
