 It's nice that your posts stir up things a bit. But could you give the
full mail I sent. I don't recollect the context and could not find the
thread either by searching. I searched advaita-l with some keywords but no
luck.

 There is some server error and I always get Sudhanshu Ji's rejoinders to
you, a few days before your objections!

I did indeed write the above recently and there was clear context since you
casually dismissed all post Shankara Advaita Acharyas.

Bhaskar ji, is - any anumAna is a pramANa which stands as true unless a
flaw in the hetu is found or a counter-example is found. You are innocently
making the same mistake repeatedly viz., not recognising that the logic
proffered by later Acharyas like Sri MadhusUdana etc *does not* violate
sArvatrika-lokAnubhava (a word frequently used by SSS followers which is
just a complicated way of saying 'pratyaxa'). They may use abhyupetya-vAda
occasionally. But you can't dismiss a given anumAna when it's explicitly
stated to be not abhyupetyavAda - you have to carefully show how pratyaxa'
violates a given anumAna, say, of Sudhanshu ji. Otherwise, sorry, SSS
argument melts away like the flawed Eskimo logic used by SSS to show ajnAna
is "absence of knowledge". It is math.

Sure, these are strong words. I am curious to see the actual adjectives
used against the respected Advaita Acharyas which prompted me to write
that. I searched the archives but no luck.

I myself am curious to know the full thread and context where I objected to
the use of inappropriate words of criticism of the Acharyas. Can you plz
share the thread from where you are quoting? And also kindly share one
unrestrained adjective I used against SSS. That would help me understand.

But if you are offended, henceforth whenever you say about the
post-Shankara Acharyas of the Advaita tradition, that "it's all a big joke,
dry logicians etc", I shall retranslate your words to myself as "Bhaskar ji
very respectfully disagrees"!  😊
