Namaste Subbu ji.

Very nice analysis!

When avidyA and avidyA-kArya are said to be sat-asat-vilakshaNa, sat refers
to Brahman and asat refers to tuchchha i.e. horns of hare.

When Brahman is said to be sat-asat-vilakshaNa, sat refers to
bhAvAtmaka-avidyA-kArya such as pot and asat refers to
abhAvAtmaka-avidyA-kArya such as pot-abhAva.

Do you think that "horns of hare" is covered within the ambit of word
"asat" when Brahman is said to be sat-asat-vilakshaNa?

I think it is covered -- because horns of hare is also
nAsti-buddhi-anugata-pratyaya-vishaya.

Sudhanshu Shekhar.
