Yes.

However, there are two views in atyanta-abhAva as well.

One, atyanta-abhAva is adhikaraNa-swarUpa.

Second, atyanta-abhAva is different from adhikaraNa.

The first one is the preferred view.

In second view also, for pAramArthika-abhAva, it is necessarily
adhikaraNa-swarUpa. For only vyAvahArika-abhAva, we accept it to be
atyanta-abhAva only (and not the other three type) and different from
adhikaraNa.
