atyanta-abhAva and tuchchha are not synonyms. atyanta-abhAva-tva is common
to mithyA and tuchchha. Thus, mAyA and tuchchha both have non-existence.
However, mAyA and tuchchha are not identical. Because, mAyA has the
capacity to appear in pratipanna-upAdhi. However, tuchchha has no such
capacity.

Hence, MAyA and tuchchha are not identical.
