[Advaita-l] Fwd: No dvaita-bhaana, perception of duality, in Samadhi - Says the Saatvata Samhita, a Pancharatragama text

Dvaita, i.e. difference, is not experienced in the Samadhi state. Even the
Bhagavad Gita says -

शनैः शनैरुपरमेद्बुद्ध्या धृतिगृहीतया ।
आत्मसंस्थं मनः कृत्वा न किञ्चिदपि चिन्तयेत् ॥ २५ ॥ 6.25

Fix the mind in the Atman and do not think about anything else.
This is the rule because nothing that is not the Atman is paramarthika,
transcendental. Shankara's commentary on this:

आत्मसंस्थम् आत्मनि संस्थितम् ‘आत्मैव सर्वं न ततोऽन्यत् किञ्चिदस्ति’
इत्येवमात्मसंस्थं मनः कृत्वा न किञ्चिदपि चिन्तयेत् । एष योगस्य परमो विधिः ॥
२५ ॥

One enters Samadhi with the conviction that there exists nothing but the
Atman (Brahman).
