Dear Manas
Although my suggestion is not in English, it may be useful. There’s a
translation in Tamil by Ramasubramaniya Raja in 3 volumes. First the
sentences are broken into smaller groups based on puurvapakSha, answers,
etc. with the sandhi broken. Then the anvaya of the sentence is given and
then a Tamil translation. The advantage is first of all the sentences are
broken into manageable lengths and quite small chunks, along with sandhi
separation and then anvaya. I feel this along with some other English
translation may serve your purpose.
The translation is authentic, the author has studied under top vidvaans of
the Sringeri matham such as K S Venkatarama Sastrigal, etc. and the book
has a srimukham by Mahaaannidhaanam himself.
The publisher is Lingammal Raju Sastra Pratishtita Trust. I got the 3
volumes about 5 years back in Giri Trading Agency, Mylapore, Chennai.
