Thank you for the link to Sri Sannidhanam's pleasant-to-hear Telugu
interview in which he has answered the question lucidly and also cheerfully.

It's amazing how the respected  peethadipatis of Sringeri are fluent in
discoursing in Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Sanskrit and Hindi at the very
least.
