Chandramouli ji, I am not sure the acharyas are accessible by email for
queries especially given that explanations about nuances of shAstra may
need to be detailed. They have a generic email address

 and another one which I believe is  more specific to Sri
SwamiHaribrahmendranandaji viz., parayanam108 at gmail.com

Phone preceded by an email may be a better choice.

  Btw,  the medium of discourses in the peetham is hindi and sanskrit.
Swami Haribrahmendranandaji is at ease discoursing in Hindi, Sanskrit and
Malayalam. Swami Sharvananda Giri ji in Hindi, Bengali, and Sanskrit. And
Acharya Swami Vishnu Tirtha ji in Hindi, Sanskrit and Nepali.
