[Advaita-l] Aradhana to my great grandfather's father who had taken jeev samadhi after becoming sanyasi. (fwd)

Aradhana is done annually at the samadhis of Bhagavan Ramana, Sri
Thyagaraja, Sadasivabrahmendra saraswathi etc.
Yes,  there is a well laid out procedure.
