The significance of observing Shankara Jayanthi

The Jagadguru highlights the purport of the term 'Jayanthi' with reference
to God. He justifies why a Jayanthi has to be observed in the case of Rama
and Krishna. He brings out the parallel of the purpose of God's Avatara and
Shankara Avatara.  Even though the talk is in Kannada, one can follow the
theme as a lot of Sanskrit is there in the talk.
