It was in this work that the Vedic and Purāṇic concept of 'Hari-Hara
abheda':

 'அரியும் சிவனும் ஒண்ணு, அறியாதவர் வாயிலே மண்ணு'  incorporated in a
dialogue by the author.

Shankara has cited verses to this effect, both in vidhi and niṣedha mukha,
in the Vishnu Sahasra Nāma bhāṣya.
