The Upasakas of Sri Vidya will get Bhoga and Moksha both

Yes – shrIdevi bestows both bhoga & moksha but is there any end to the wish-list for enjoyment? 

shrI bhAskararaya makhin provides the explanation in another way as:

भोगेभ्यो विषयाभिलाषेभ्यो मोक्षो मोचनं तद्वासना त्यागः प्रददातीत्यादिरर्थः – 
it eliminates the vAsana of ‘bhOga-lAlasa’. 

And hence, it is said “चरमे जन्मनि यथा श्रीविद्योपासको भवेत्” – 
One is blessed with shrIvidya in last birth

The great shAkta shivAnandanAtha says - निष्कामानामेव श्रीविद्या सिद्धिः न कदापि सकामानाम्
