[Advaita-l] Who is this Angustha Parimana Purusha?

I was asking for aNo raNeeyaN mantra  which you said is in taittereeya
AraNyaka.

maheeyAn AtmA guhAyAM nihitOsya jaNtOH..*

I just wanted to study the verse for Self Study. I have a copy of
mahAnArAyaNa Up. (I dont have whole of taitereeya Aranyaka). If it's in
mahAnArAyaNa Up. ,  I could look into it if I get reference. Hence I asked
for verse no.

Little off topic - These days just focusing on neti-neti and
anvaya-vyatireka as mentioned in chatusloki bhAgavat BP 2.9.30-36

*एतावद् एव जिज्ञास्यं तत्त्वजिज्ञासुनात्मनः ।*
*अन्वयव्यतिरेकाभ्यां यत् स्यात् सर्वत्र सर्वदा ।। **२**.**९**.**३५ ।।*

परमात्माके तत्वको जाननेकी इच्छावले [इच्छा रखनेवाले] मनुष्यको विधिरूपसे
अर्थात् 'परमात्मा ऐसे है', 'परमात्मा ऐसे है', - वह भावसे तथा निषेधभावसे
अर्थात् 'परमात्मा वैसे नही है', 'परमात्मा ऐसे नही है', 'परमात्मा ऐसे नही है'
[अर्थात् नेति-नेति पद्धतिसे, सिद्धान्तसे] - ऐसे भावसे इतना ही जानना जरूरी
है की (परमात्मा हीं) सर्वदेश और सर्वकालमें विद्यमान हैं - २.९.३५


My understanding is:


*anyava* means the cause of everything or staying as a cause i.e.
patamAtman. paramAtman stays in creation as cause of everything.

*vyatireka* is process of neti-neti and last tatva that is left after
neti-neti. After negating that which exists or is the only thing left is
paramAtman.

anyava-vyatireka is adhyAropa-apavAda.Seems to be that everything is
connected with anyava-vyatireka :)
