The alternate version of the second line is 

anEna vEdyam tat shAstram iti Vedanta dindimaH|

that by which the brahma satyam, jagan mithyaa and jivo brahmaiva nAparaH - is known, is the real science or science of reality while all other sciences are only science of the false!
