Dears
My understanding of karma yoga is as follows :No one can remain without
doing any karma. While doing the karmas - three types are there - one
should be aloof of the doings. Do it as a duty with detachment thinking
always that one is an instrument and not a doer
That is without getting affected by the results of the doings. R.
