[Advaita-l] Pour molten Lead in the ears of a shudra for listening to Vedas?

What is the use in discussing these irrelevant issues.  Does that make any
new twist in gautama smriti or apaHshUdrAdhikaraNa if someone 
denies the molten lead or lac.  
 
Mahamahopadhyaya Pullela Sriramachandrudu Garu, an eminent advaitic scholar
of Andhra Pradesh once told that these words of hatred were of later origin 
that doesn't carry any weight.
