We cannot say Ashtavigumshati. It must be Ashtavimshati. The Anusvara
is used in Vedic Mantras only not outside.

South Indians will add Godavaryaha Dakshine Teere.

Bauddhavatar simply means 9th Avatara of Maha Vishnu is over and we
are wating for the 10th Kalki. It is not praying to Buddha. We must
not do Puja for him because he only misleads Daityas. Any person
following him will be led to bad path.

The Sankalpa must fix the Space Time Coordinates correctly. If Gods
had GPS system they can find out where we are.  But they don't have
it.

But I agree in Sandhyavandane short sankalpa is done. Probably reason
is in Nitya Karmas Phala is not expected. If they are done nothing
good happens.
But if they are not done something bad happens. This may be the reason.
