In accordance with AcAryaji's bhaja-govindam it is said that bhagavat-gItA 
should be read and ganga-jala should be drunk only in small doses. bindu 
denote svarUpa. Other amrutas can give jarA-maraNa-mokSha but 
Atma-jnAna-amruta gives abhayam.
