naishkarmya, you get these links.

While searching the UT Catalog yesterday, I found also one translation
by Raghavachar.
"The Naiskarmyasiddhi of Sri Suresvaracarya. English translation by S.
S. Raghavachar; with a foreword by Swami Adidevananda."
