[Advaita-l] RE: Vedic Shakhas for kshatriyas and vaishyas?

hariH Om !!
Does it mean that Veda Pathanam and Pathanam is
provided for Vaisya and Kshatriyas in India ? Are
there veda pathasalas who admit vaisyas and kshatriyas
without discriminating against Brahmanas ?
