[Advaita-l] avidyA and mind in samAdhi

Namaste,

In case of nirvikalpaka samAdhi, what exactly is the position of Advaita:

1. avidyA and mind are both present but neither avidyA-vritti nor
mano-vritti are present.

2. avidyA is present and mind has merged into avidyA. There are neither
avidyA-vritti nor mano-vritti.

3. Neither avidyA nor mind are present.

4. avidyA and mind are both present. There is no avidyA-vritti but there is
akhandAkArA-mano-vritti.

My understanding is (4). Kindly reply along with references.
